Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by TINT AND PRINT, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to mobile and in-shop automotive window tinting services, online bookings, consultations, and any related transactions. By scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional automotive window tinting and related services through scheduled appointments made on our online booking platform.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are generated based on customer-provided information (vehicle year, make, model, and film type).

All quotes are subject to verification upon physical inspection of the vehicle.

Additional charges may apply for:

Existing film removal

Damaged or aftermarket glass

Extra labor or specialized film sizes

3. Deposits, Payments & Refunds

Deposits, if collected, secure your appointment and are non-refundable within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

We accept cash, debit, or credit card.

Once installation begins, all sales are final due to the custom nature of tint film.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Repeated cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Provide an enclosed, weather-protected area (garage, shop, or similar) with power and lighting access.

Ensure windows are clean and free of debris or damage before installation.

Disclose any aftermarket tint or window modifications beforehand.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in appointment cancellation or removal fees.

6. Liability

TINT AND PRINT, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wiring, seals, or window mechanisms.

We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper care or cleaning after installation.

Our liability, if proven negligent, is limited to the total cost of the original service performed.

7. Warranty

All tint installations include a lifetime manufacturer warranty covering bubbling, peeling, fading, or discoloration under normal use.

Warranty excludes:

Physical damage (scratches, tears, abrasions)

Improper cleaning (ammonia or abrasive materials)

Issues caused by customer misuse or aftermarket regulators

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be performed by TINT AND PRINT, LLC or an approved installer.

8. Privacy

By booking online, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for scheduling, payment processing, and communication purposes.

Your data is not shared or sold to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Marshall County, Tennessee.
