By booking a consultation, service, or making a purchase through our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Mobile Tinting

Appointments: Appointments for mobile automotive window tinting require booking through our website.

Quotes and Pricing: Quotes provided for mobile tinting are estimates based on customer-provided information and subject to change upon inspection.

Payment Terms: The balance is due upon completion of the service and can be paid in cash, debit, or credit card.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Installation Requirements: For mobile tinting, we require a garage, shop, or enclosed space where installers can work safely.

Liability: TINT AND PRINT is not liable for damages to vehicles, property, or personal belongings unless caused by negligence on our part. Customers must ensure their vehicles are in suitable condition for tinting.

2. Architectural Tinting

Consultations and Appointments: Free consultations for residential and commercial window tinting can be booked via our website.

Quotes and Pricing: Quotes are estimates based on customer-provided information and are subject to change upon inspection.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your window film. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation and can be paid in cash, debit, or credit card.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable once the film is ordered.

Installation Requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the area around the windows to be tinted is clear and accessible for installation.

Liability: TINT AND PRINT is not liable for damages to property or belongings unless caused by negligence on our part.

3. Vinyl Graphics

Ordering and Payment: All custom vinyl decals must be ordered and paid for online through our website. No deposits are required for vinyl graphics orders. Orders are only processed once full payment is made.

Quotes and Pricing: Quotes for custom vinyl decals are based on the complexity of the design and materials used.

Pricing will be provided upon request or during the online ordering process.

Cancellation and Refunds: Once a customer-approved design is in production, no refunds will be given.

Customers must verify all design details before approval.

Quality Assurance: Any installation errors or defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.

Liability: TINT AND PRINT is not responsible for any property damage unless caused by negligence. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their design files are accurate and that they have the necessary rights for any logos or images provided.

4. Custom Printing

Ordering and Payment: All custom printing products must be ordered and paid for online. Production will only begin once full payment has been received.

Quotes and Pricing: Quotes for custom printing services are available online or upon request.Cancellation and

Refunds:Once a customer-approved design is in production, no refunds will be issued. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production begins.

Quality Assurance: Any errors or defects in printing must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.

Liability: Customers are responsible for ensuring the design files are correct and that they have the necessary rights for any logos or images provided.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Marshall County, Tennessee.
